Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to SKUMuse and the creative deliverables we provide.
1. Service
SKUMuse provides AI-assisted product marketing video creation. You provide or authorize product information; we provide creative directions, scripts, previews, and finished videos (the “Deliverables”). The public website currently offers a research waitlist and does not collect payment.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of materials you provide and represent that you have the rights needed to use them, including product images and claims. You grant us a limited license to process those materials solely to provide, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Deliverables and commercial use
After payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, commercial license to use the Deliverables to market the applicable product, including in paid advertising. You remain responsible for where and how you publish them and for required disclosures, including AI-generated content labels.
5. Product accuracy
Our quality checks compare Deliverables with the product facts you confirm. You are responsible for the accuracy, substantiation, and legality of all product claims you provide or approve.
6. Plans and payment
Prices and included deliverables will be shown or agreed in writing before payment. Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time packs are consumed as described at purchase. Subscription credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
7. Revisions and failed projects
Each project includes the preview revisions stated at purchase. If we cannot deliver a video that passes our quality checks, the project credit is returned. Additional remedies are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use SKUMuse for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; unauthorized depictions of real people; unsupported medical or prohibited claims; reverse engineering; security testing without permission; or abuse of the service.
9. Disclaimers
Except for express quality commitments, Deliverables and the service are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee platform approval, views, sales, ad performance, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
11. Termination and governing law
You may cancel as described in your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
